Abstract:A sensitive and specific method of Dot-Immunobinding Technique(DIBT)for the detection ofantigens of Mycobacterium tuberculousis in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of the patients with tuberculousismeningitis(TBM)was described. Also, the sensitivity of ABC-ELISA for the detection of antibodies to A60 inCSF was compared, the positive rates were 90.4%(38/42)and 85.7%(36/42)respectively.42 CSF werecollected from 5 days to 120 days onset of 15 pstients with TBM,CSF of 20 patients with other infections ofcentral nervous system and of 15 patients with non-infectious central nervous system diseases were testedantigens and antibodies.the results showed that the antigens were found 10ng/ml and was found antigens in5 days onset in CSF of one patient with TBM.The method of DIBT is not need specific apparatus.
