Using indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .We detected the anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) in the sera of 105 recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients. ANA. anti-dsDNA. anti-Sm. antiRNP and RF were measured simultaneously in the samples. The results indicated that the positive rate of ACA was 28. 6% in RSA group.it was higher than those autoantibodies and control (p<0.01) .There was no correlation between ACA and gestational age and miscarriage times in RSA patients (p<0.05) .IgG and IgM-ACA had a higher positive rate in three classes Ig. moderate and high positivity were 33. 3% (10/30) . and others were low level.We measured the total antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) in the sera of RSA patients too. the results showed that there was a significant correlation between the presence of APA and ACA(p<0.001) .
