The measurment of oxalate in urine continues to be difficult.We described a colorimetric method of determing Urinary oxalate,Our obtained experiment data agree well with those reported in the literature. This is asuitable technigue for routine clinical laloratory.In the paper,we also introduced the clinical significance of hyperoxaluria.
