    摘要:

    用瑞氏－姬姆萨染色法和免疫细胞化学法对１２６名不育男性进行了精液白细胞检测，白细胞检出率分别为６６．６７％和６９．０５％，两法符合率为９２．１％，两法是一步提高精液中白细胞检测水平。

    Abstract:

    Leukocytes in sperm of 126 sterile males were detected by Wright Giemsa staining method and immunocytochemical method.The detectability of the two methods were 66 67% and 69 05% respectively,and correspondence between the two methods was 92 1% The detectable level of leukocytes in sperm might be improved further with the combination of the two methods
