    摘要:

    对我国裳睡的纤维蛋白原测定方法－－亚硫酸钠盐析法、热浊度法、免疫浊度法地和ＰＴ－ｄｃｒ法与ＮＣＣＬＳ推荐的克劳斯法进行了比较。研究表明盐析法、热浊度法等物理化学方法与克劳斯法结果存在较大差异，免疫浊度法差异也较大，ＰＴ－ｄｅｒ法与克劳斯法差异较小，建议我国临床实验室应尽快采用准确、快速和简便的克劳斯法。

    Abstract:

    Sodiumsulphite (saltprecipitation)assay ,heatprecipitationassay ,immunoturbidityassayandthePT dermethod ,whichare commonlyusedforfibrinogenassayinclinicallaboratoriesofChina ,werecomparedwiththevonClaussmethodrespectively .Theresults showedthatthedifferencebetweenphysiochemicalmethodsandthevonClaussmethodwaslargerthanthatbetweenthePT dermethodandthe vonClaussmethod .ItsuggestthatthevonClaussmethod ,whichismorerapid ,easier ,andmoreaccurate ,bepromotedasaroutine methodforclinicallaboratoriesofChina .
