Objective To establish a simple,rapid and accurate method to measure the anti AchR antibody(AchR Ab)in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods Ninety specimens were collected and deterimined by conventional ELISA and this method separately,then anlyze and compare the results.Results In 60 specimens obtained from the patients with MG,the positive rate was 88 3% and 86 7% by using the two methods respectively.The correlation of the two methods is very good( P <0 01).The sensitivity and specificity of this rapid method are more than 90% all.Conclusion The results showed that this method should be more simplere and effective for measuring the AchR antibody in the patients with MG than the convertional ELISA.
