Objective To deal with the problems in DNA-chip including space interferings,poor speciality and reproducibility and develop a method for single-base-extention(SBE).Methods Several different methods were performed to label the targets or to segment the labeled long PCR products.The analysis for hybridization was then conducted.Results Same results were achieved when two methods were used to detect HBV-DNA.Conclusion SBE is the best method and suitable for detection and genotyping of virus genes.
