Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between the clot waveform analysis (CWA) parameters and the degree of liver function impairment in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. MethodsA total of 279 patients with hepatitis B cirhosis admitted to Baise People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2025 were selected. According to the diagnostic criteria, they were divided into the compensated group(n=99) and the decompensated group(n=180). In addition, 1OO healthy individuals undergoing physical exami-nation during the same period wereselected as the control group. The clinical data of the subjectswere collected, and their peripheral venous blood samples were collected for routine blood tests, biochemical tests, immunological tests, and the detection of coagulation four items such as prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time (TT),and fibrinogen (Fib). The differences in the coagulation four items and CWA parameters such as Minl,Min2,Max2,and Delta among the groupswerecompared, andtheircorrelationswiththedegreeof liver functionimpairmentinpatientswithhepatitisBcihosiswereanalyzed. ResultsThe levels of PT,APTT,APTT-Max2,TT,and TT-Max2 in the compensated group and decompensated group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(all P-values
