Abstract:Abstract: Objective To analyze the expression levels of ferroptosis-related IncRNAs, including SNHGl, GAS5, and THUMPD3-ASl, in hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HBV-HCC) and evaluate their clinical application value in the diagnosis of HBV-HCC. MethodsThe transcriptome and clinical data of HBV-HCC were downloaded from the TCGA database and ferroptosis-related LncRNAs were screened by differential analysis. Fifty HBV-HCC patients,5O patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB),and 50 healthy individuals visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the tumor group,disease control group,and healthy control group,respectively.The expression levels of three kinds of ferroptosis-related LncRNAs,including SNHGl,GAS5,and THUMPD3-ASl, in serum and tissue samples of each study group were detected using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The diagnostic effcacy of SNHGl, GAS5,and THUMPD3-AS1 alone and in combination for HBV-HCC were evaluated by the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve.
